3 - Imperial Mills closed its doors for a day, until Lady Amaryllis reopened it. Florian still maintains loyalty to Ionia.
4 - His tattoos signify his training in runecraft with goliath masters at Geldungur. Merchants come to him to resolve disputes.
5 - She charges too little and works too hard to actually make a decent profit. Hopefully she'll stay in business after this year.
